Overall we found your service courteous and professional. During the process we were concerned about some of the issues that arose with respect to the application but in the end everything was resolved.
We were surprised how fast the Immigration Department responded to the application, questions and special requests.
We would suggest that in future you recommend that new applicants from South Africa get their full birth certificates as soon as possible as this is a major delay in South Africa.
Overall it was definitely worthwhile, and we now have an employee with skills and experience we could not find in Australia.
